By downloading, installing, or using the mobile application "forBET: Sports Events" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the App.
The App is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction.
The App is provided by FORBET ZAKŁADY BUKMACHERSKIE SP Z O O, Ul. Tamka 16-3, Warszawa 00-349, Poland.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
– use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
– attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App;
– modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App;
– interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available;
– use the App to transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software;
– use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
The App includes an in-app support chat powered by the Crisp Chat SDK, provided by Crisp IM SAS. By using the in-app chat, you agree that:
– your messages, any attachments you choose to send (such as files or screenshots), and any information you voluntarily provide (such as an email address or name) will be transmitted to Crisp acting as our processor for the purpose of operating the chat;
– you will not use the chat to send unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
– you will not send through the chat any sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or government identification data) or content infringing third-party rights;
– you are responsible for the content you transmit through the chat.

Apart from the in-app support chat described above, the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all related intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of FORBET ZAKŁADY BUKMACHERSKIE SP Z O O. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other branding.
The App may include or reference information from third-party sources, such as sports events data, and may use third-party services such as Crisp Chat for the in-app support chat. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party information or service, except as expressly set out in our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or the in-app chat will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORBET ZAKŁADY BUKMACHERSKIE SP Z O O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App or the in-app chat.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or to the in-app chat at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.
