This Privacy Policy explains how FORBET ZAKŁADY BUKMACHERSKIE SP Z O O ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application "forBET: Sports Events" (the "App"), available on Google Play.

1. Age restriction

The App is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow persons under 18 to use it.

2. Summary of data practices

The App itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users. The only situation in which personal data is processed is when a user voluntarily contacts our support team through the in-app chat feature, which is powered by a third-party provider (Crisp). Details are described below.

3. In-app support chat (Crisp)

The App integrates the Crisp Chat SDK ("Crisp"), operated by Crisp IM SAS (registered office: 2 Boulevard de Launay, 44100 Nantes, France), to enable users to contact our support team directly from the App.

3.1 Data processed through the chat. When you choose to start a conversation in the in-app chat, the following data may be processed:

• the content of messages you send to support;
• files or screenshots you choose to attach to a message;
• your email address and/or name, only if you voluntarily provide them in the chat (this is optional and not required to use the chat);
• a randomly generated chat session identifier created by Crisp to maintain the conversation;
• technical data automatically transmitted when establishing the chat connection, such as IP address, device type, operating system, and App version, used by Crisp for service operation and abuse prevention.

3.2 Purposes. The above data is processed solely to:

• enable communication between you and our support team;
• respond to your enquiries and provide technical assistance;
• maintain the security and integrity of the chat service.

3.3 Legal basis (GDPR). The processing is based on your consent, which is given by initiating a conversation in the in-app chat (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in providing user support and securing the chat service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.4 Data sharing. Data submitted through the in-app chat is transmitted to and processed by Crisp IM SAS, acting as our processor, on servers operated by Crisp in the European Union. We do not share chat data with any other third parties, and we do not sell or rent it.

3.5 Retention. Chat messages, attachments, and related metadata are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us at the address below.

4. Data we do not collect

Outside the in-app support chat described above, the App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. In particular, the App does not:

• require registration or login;
• access your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or camera (except when you actively choose to attach a file or screenshot to a chat message);
• use third-party analytics services or advertising networks;
• use advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or other tracking technologies;
• create any user profile based on your behaviour in the App.

5. Permissions

The App requests only the minimum permissions required for its operation and for the in-app chat (for example, internet access for the chat connection, and optionally storage/media access if you choose to attach a file or screenshot to a chat message). Permissions used for sending attachments are only invoked when you actively choose to attach a file.

6. International transfers

Chat data processed via Crisp is hosted within the European Union. If at any point data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be made on the basis of appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

7. Security

We and our processor Crisp apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect data submitted through the in-app chat against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Children's privacy

The App is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has contacted us through the in-app chat, please contact us so that we can delete the relevant data.

9. Your rights

To the extent that we process your personal data (which, in practice, only occurs if you contact us via the in-app chat), you have the following rights under the GDPR and applicable Polish law:

• the right to access your data;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
